6 Things to do if you feel fed up...

Sometimes we feel fed up with our lives. This can happen because of so many reasons. Because of your job, family life, relationship problems, study stress and so so. But sometimes this can happen without any reason. It is simply you feel empty. 

Maybe nowadays you also feel fed up. Like you want to give up on everything. Like you want to run away from everyone. This is a really hard situation to manage. But somehow we need to overcome this. Otherwise, we will end up committing suicide. Let's see what we can do to overcome if you feel fed up. 

✍🏻 Do breathing exercises.


If feel tired, or fed up, just close your eyes and do breathing exercises for a few minutes. Just inhale and exhale. Try this out,  no matter where you are. Just try. 


After practicing this, you will feel good. You will feel relaxed.


✍🏻 Listen to quality music. 


Make a playlist by gathering your favorite song. Do not forget to include songs you felt while you are listening. Those songs can boost your energy. I know it from my experience.


✍🏻 Cry if you want to. 


Sometimes we feel like we are going to explode. That happens because we are hardly trying to our feelings and hard emotions. If you feel like this, you need to throw your emotions. Otherwise, you will end up with depression.


So if you feel, you want to cry just cry. If you are in a crowded place, go into the restroom and cry until you feel good.


✍🏻 Write how you feel.


If you have dairy you know how writing helps you to heal yourself. If you do not know, it does not matter. If you do have not any physical book as a dairy, use your mobile phone memo or install one of the dairy apps. 


When you are feeling something bad share it with your dairy. Share it with how you feel. It helps you to heal yourself. 


✍🏻 Hug your pet.


Do you know how much they love you?? They are not gonna hurt you in any way. You can trust them. So if you are at the home, with your pet, if you feel fed up, just go to your pet and hug him.


Most of the time, I am doing it with my pet ‘Sweck’. He is a 7-year-old German Shepherd dog. 


✍🏻 Take a break. 


Take a break from everything. Not too many days. Just 1-2 days are enough. Take a break from your studies, job, family, and everything. Pack your things and go somewhere. 


Maybe it will be the best trip for you. Spend some quality time with yourself. Help yourself to heal yourself.


Do not forget these things. I wish no one will ever feel fed up in their lives. But it is a possible thing that can happen. Therefore it is better if we know how to overcome this type of situation. 


Be happy always. Love yourself.
