Maybe already most of you are using this technique for your studies. Maybe at least you heard about this technique. Then definitely you know how much this helps you to do your studies effectively.

👉🏻 What is this, Pomodoro technique?

In this method, you are studying in 25 minutes slots. To make these time slots, you can use your alarm. And if you want it in a new and cute way, you can use the free mobile app to track your time.

After studying 4, 25minutes slots you can take a big break like 30 minutes. If you get any distractions while you studying, you can write those on a separate paper.

👉🏻 What are the advantages for students??

If did not study the last few days, if you missed your studies, if you feel bored studying then this is the best method for you.

Otherwise, this method will help you to give small breaks to your brain. And maintain your concentration on your studies. And it helps you to keep your mind in one place.

And after you get into this method, you can increase your study time day by day. It helps you to step by step getting into the track.

And in this method, you complete task by task this method helps you to improve your self-confidence, and motivate yourself alone.

👉🏻 The way I am following the Pomodoro technique.

This is the way I am using the Pomodoro technique. But this can defer from one person to person. And there is no exact way. You can try this technique in your way.

  1. Make a To-do list per day.
  2. Set your Pomodoro timer. Normally I am using this site. Because it is cute. https://pomodorokitty.com
  3. Start from 1st task.
  4. When the timer rings, stop the work. (after ending 25 minutes slot)
  5. Take a 5-minute break.
  6. Again set your timer and start studying.
  7. After completing 4 slots of 25minutes, take a 30-minute break.
  8. In that way, complete your tasks one by one.

So I think, you got an overall idea about the Pomodoro technique from this article. If you are a lazy student studying, this method will help you. Try this and see the difference.

Good luck 💪..
