Tip #1: Forget the bad memories of past.
This is where you need to start. A new year means a new beginning in your life. You can start your life fresh. For that forget all the bad incidents and situations that you faced in 2022.
I know, it may be hard. But try to do that, then you will feel the most relief that ever you cannot imagined.
In my life, I failed one of the exams in 2022 twice. It was really hard to forget, but I thought if I gave up only I fail, If I did not give up, I am not a failure. So I did it again, and I am hoping for the best.
Tip #2: Goal list.
Make a target list for your life for the upcoming year. Those targets could be adventurous, savings, educational, financial, economic, relationships, etc.
What you need to do is, work hard to achieve your targets and need focus on the progress of your target achievements.
Tip #3: Mental freedom.
Always give priority to your mental health. Avoid people who are stressing you, and hurting you. Avoid things that make you stressed and pressured.
Always try to protect your mental freedom and try to be mentally healthy. Then you can achieve your targets easily with a strong mindset.
Tip #4: Measure your progress.
Measure how much extent to you achieve your targets. How successful you are.
Then only you can get an idea about how is your life going. What is the Next step you need to take for your success? It will help you to plan your future and your workload.
Tip #5: Record your expenses.
Record your income and expenses separately. For that, you can use a small notebook or mobile application. There are plenty of apps available in the App store.
As a girl, I am also doing this. I am using a small notebook for this. And daily I am recording my expenses and income. At the month's end, I categorize all these into transport, food, utility bills, health, etc.
Tip #6: Do not be afraid of others' judgments.
Never, do not worry about what other people say. If you limit yourself because of other people, you are giving up your happiness because of them. Do not do this year.
Do not restrict yourself because of others. Always stay free as you want, the way you like, the way you love to live. Just focus on your happiness, not on what others say about you.
Tip #7: Write a diary.
Dairy can be your best friend. And it will be the most trustworthy person to you, you can share anything with that. Because it is like a secret world to you.
You can share your stress, how you feel, your emotions, your life experiences, your hard times, and your happy times with your dairy. One day it will be the most amazing memory collection that you collected.
