What is this 369 method ??

• You have to do this work for 30 consecutive days.
Get a goal in your life/get something you want to achieve in your life (related to an exam, or related to your life, related to your job...anything)
• Now we need to make 03 sentences that include this purpose.
1. Your goal/what you want
2. Meaning you can get it
3. How you will be/how happy you will be after you have achieved that goal
• Next you have to write these sentences in this way for 30 days.
- First sentence 3 times in the morning
- Second sentence 6 times at noon
- Third sentence 9 times a night
